LTD, a leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, is proud to announce that GIGABYTE Battlefield 3 Cup Asia Season 1 is kicking off now. And we are inviting all hardcore gamers to join the battle and win big prizes home. In collaboration with Nvidia, the two-weekend long online competition in December will pit 16 top teams in a single elimination format to determine the best Battlefield 3 teams in the region. Participating teams are coming from 7 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Australia. The registration for the GIGABYTE Battlefield 3 Asia Cup Season 1 has started at http://battlefield.gigabyte.asia. Gamers who would like to fight for the big prize have to hurry up. The last date of registration is 21st December, 2011, and the battle will start on 23rd December, 2011.
The competition is designed for teams of 8 players. Game mode used will be 8v8 conquest, and fixtures would be released on 22nd December, 2011. Other details about signup information and rules can be found on the official website.
GIGABYTE Battlefield 3 Cup Asia Season 1 offers a large and unprecedented prize pool of USD$3,400 plus graphics cards or peripherals products. For first place, we provide USD$2,000 cash prize plus 8pcs of GEFORCE GTX580SOC and 3 month Fragnetics 32 player BF3 server subscription. For second place, there is USD$1,000 cash prize plus 8pcs of Aivia M8600 Wireless Gaming Mouse and 2 month Fragnetics 32 player BF3 server subscription. The third place can bring USD$400 cash prize home plus 8pcs of Aivia K8100 Macro Gaming Keyboard and 1 month Fragnetics 32 player BF3 server subscription. Even more attractive to all participants, we will hold a Lucky Draw during the tournament with 4pcs of M8600 Wireless Gaming Mouse and K8100 Macro Gaming Keyboard as incentives for all gamers.
