จะเห็นได้ว่า Windows Vista นั้น เนื่องจากเป็นวินโดวส์ที่มีการเรียกใช้ทรัพยากรณ์ใน background ที่สูง จึงทำให้ความเร็วใน WinRAR นั้นดูด้อยลงไปเลย เนื่องด้วยโปรแกรม WinRAR นั้นเป็นโปรแกรมที่ทำการคำณวนบน Ram ล้วนๆ และอ่อนไหวต่อการถูก process อื่นรบกวน ทำให้ความเร็วตกได้ง่าย
