My firewall got prevent me from using the internet, please help anyone?

Good morning

I am a n00b when it comes to pc's.  I ordered a panda...soft, that was from the uni I went to. And after that and a full virus scan, I could no longer use ff or MSN messenger.  I deleted them and downloaded them again, restarted my mac thousands times, but nothing is working.  I keep getting a message that something needs to be done with my fire wall and HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP ports.

Help someone?

Hey guy!! that's sound so terrible. Some of anti virus which have the filewall embredded, if you uninstall it without turn off their services first, the fire wall will still exist and still functional. To turn off the services you can do by Start >> Run >> services.msc and then select the service you need, make a right click and Stop.

Unfortunately, I think for your case it is too late to stop some services. I think you should better reinstall the window again. good lock guy!!
